How much does shipping cost?

Orders of 2 or more vials qualify for free express shipping Australia-wide. Single vial orders are charged a flat rate express shipping fee at checkout. We do not offer standard (non-express) shipping — all orders are sent express to maintain product integrity.

Do you ship internationally?

No — Mogpep currently ships within Australia only. We do not accept international orders at this time. This allows us to maintain full quality control and compliance with Australian regulations from dispatch to delivery.

Will I receive tracking for my order?

Yes — all orders are sent with full tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order directly through the Australia Post tracking portal or the courier's website.

What happens if I'm not home for delivery?

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card and the parcel will be taken to your nearest collection point or post office. We recommend using a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours. If you have specific delivery instructions, add them at checkout.

Yes — we offer pricing for bulk and wholesale orders. Please contact us at bulk@mogpep.com with the compounds and quantities you require and we will provide a custom quote within 24 hours.

Products & Quality

How do I verify the purity of my order?

Every Mogpep order includes a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) from an independent, accredited third-party laboratory. The CoA confirms purity via RP-HPLC and identity via mass spectrometry. You can also verify your batch at mogpep.com/verify using the QR code on your vial.

How should I store my peptides?

Lyophilized (unreconstituted): Store at −20°C in a sealed container, protected from light and moisture. Stable for up to 24 months when stored correctly.

After reconstitution: Store at 2–8°C (standard refrigerator) and use within 28 days. Do not refreeze after reconstitution. Always keep away from direct light.

How do I reconstitute a lyophilized peptide?

Use bacteriostatic water (BW) or sterile water for injection. Add the solvent slowly down the inside wall of the vial — do not inject directly onto the powder. Gently swirl (do not shake) until fully dissolved. Calculate your desired concentration based on your research protocol. Always perform reconstitution under sterile conditions using appropriate lab technique.
